[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — customer support agent hung up my call

I received the call from this number: +91 [protected] regarding my order id: [protected], placed on 01 dec 2017. So today snapdeal has cancelled my order without my permission. They didn't intimate me before cancelling the order. I complain to snapdeal today morning. I receive the call now and the agent hung up my call without giving any solution. This is how you will treat your valuable customer. I need the proper solution for this order and call me to solve this issue with a proper solution.
