Good evening, I am vks sivaji has purchased an fast track watch speed time upgrades 3039sm09 online from your snapdeal website on[protected] and delivery was expected on[protected] through bluedart courier services. Till now i had not received the product. And when i tract my order in your app it is showing that the product has been delivered on[protected]. Till now i had sent many requests through app and website. Everyday i receive a ivrs call and when i press 2 for stating that i had not received the product, the call cuts and nothing is happening. If this is the attitude of the snapdeal towards the customer, i am sorry to mention that with in no time i am going to sue snap deal in the consumer forum. Please give me proper feedback and handover my ordered item by[protected]. If not received by[protected], please get ready to face the repercussion.
