[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Directly cancel the product without intimation to customer & Customer care | |||||
I compliant about your service. I booked your product that time that was available. But time to delivery your staff said that was not available and out of stock and the Directly cancel the product without intimation to me. Then Second time i was called your customer care center but your staff (Mr. JAGDISH time 33 min on dated 17/01/2017 ) not sensible. They hold my call 15 to 20 minutes and directly disconnect the call. And specially asking to u your delivery service is NOT GOOD VERY POOR SERVICE .And GIVE MY REFUND URGENTLY.
