This is to inform you that i have ordered a book on snapdeal. My order id is [protected]. The item came to our town on 28august but the courier boy have not delivered my item for next two days. Yesterday the courier boy phoned me and that time i was busy. So i couldn't attend the call. The courier boy had gone and when i called him back he said that tomorrow he will deliver the item. But when i called him that day i was told that the item was ready to be returned. I contacted your customer service but there is no executive only preloded voice can be heard. I even contacted over email and twitter. But there was no improvement. Take some initiatives at the soonest possible day so that i can get my item. Was this information helpful? | |||||
