[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — duplicate product - nike | |||||
Snapdeal delivered nike duplicate shoes on 18th oct 2018. On 19th oct placed and return request, kept the shoes as it is as after opening it come to know it is duplicate product. On 20th oct delivery boy did not pick up the return. First he said i did not have the invoice after showing email copy of the invoice he called his manager and manager told that i mention that i did not like the shoes (Which was not the case) and we will not pick up because i did not like reason (Actual reason which i quoted was duplicate shoes).
