The above COD order came in two packages delivered at the quick pod locker. To open the locker using OTP you need to make the payment using a link. On submitting an OTP at the quick pod locker, i received only a single package and not the above order. Snapdeal customer care does not allow you to have any sort of communication with the CC agent/executive or a supervisor. When mailed snapdeal several times, i received only one response - it shows that the package is delivered! no further follow up.. no response to mails etc. Was this information helpful? | |||||
