[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I didn't get my replacement | |||
I ordered Nike presto shoes from Snapdeal.com on 17 April on cash on delivery and it got delivered on 20 th April . As the shoes were bigger I filed for a replacement on 25 th april and the courier picked up the product on 27 th April. Till now it has been 3 days I didn't get any notifications about my replacement from Snapdeal, I sent emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com but even I didn't get a reply. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Snapdeal. I am constantly trying to contact Snapdeal but not getting any details about my replacement. I will attach all my order deatils and emails.
