Snapdeal.com — I return the product....I don't get back my money

I order HDMI To VGA convert cable, the product take a long time for shipping due to that i buy another product and return my order, but till now i havent got my money back again.I pay my order from my rupay credit card...the send me message last month that my money will be refunded during 7-10 day...but still now i did not get my money back.
