[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — installation of tv | |||||
I purchased a tv from snapdeal.com that was promptly delivered on 18 oct 2017. I received a message asking me to give a missed call on a number [protected] (247around.com) whenever item was received to facilitate installation. I got messages from 247around.com severy day scheduling installation between 4pm and 7pm. No call or installation happened every day since 19 oct till date. I have been following up every day with snapdeal.com who promised every day to do the installation on that day. Today is the 25 oct and installation has not happened. Strangely i got an sms asking me to give missed call to some number if i was happy with the installation service. (???) Was this information helpful? | |||||
