[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Installation of Vu TV Order ID: [protected] | |||||
The Vu TV was ordered on 29th of October. The product was delivered before time on 3rd and a request was made on 4th of November for installing the product. Since then several request and complaints has been made but without any issue. More than 50 calls has been made and at each call the Customer care Executive promises that the issue has been escalated and forwarded to the concerned department and within next 4 to 5 hrs the issue will be resolved . Nothing has been done till date . This is the worst services i have encountered by Snapdeal and this is a case of clear harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
