[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — insufficient delivery without invoice | |||
Hello I ordered the below mentioned product on 27/05/2018 and received it on 4/06/2018, Order id:[protected], item name jockey multi trunk pack of 4, i only received 3, without any invoice in it. When i tried to seek customer care help the contact provided for their service was not connecting to the customer care person. Moreover i called the customer care and it was not accepting required input from my side. The main problem i found was the 'missing of invoice', even though i request for invoice thrice it showed invoice sent successful to your registered email id, but i didn't received any. I'm serious about this so please provide me replacement of complete product with what i ordered or else refund me. The product is sealed not used. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
