[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — issuance of incorrect invoice by snapdeal | |||||
Sir/madam, Please refer to my trailing mail. I have been raising my concern for last few weeks and i feel it has been going to a deaf ears. Summary of my concern is as listed below along with the evidence attached herewith. 1. I was facing some issues with dell monitor so raised my concern with the dell tech support, as it was under manufacturer warranty, they asked for the invoice so i downloaded invoice from the snap deal website and submitted the same to the dell tech support and later they came back saying that the invoice is invalid as the tin mentioned in the invoice is incorrect. 2. After receiving the mail from the dell tech support i simply forwarded the same to the snapdeal via email on 10/7/2017 asking them to kindly help me in resolving the issue. 3. Instead of re-issuing me with a genuine invoice they simply raised a replacement request. Now the condition for replacement is that they need the item with all original packing, invoice, mrp sticker, tags and item should be unused and unsoiled. Now i had procured this in 11 sept 2015 and you will agree with me that the pre-condition stated by the snapdeal will not be fulfilled as i have been using this monitor from the time i received and this condition are not even asked by the oem which is dell. 4. Yesterday one of the snapdeal executive have called and said they are unable to re-issue the invoice and only replacement is possible from the snapdeal after meeting there requirement as stated in point.3 above.
