[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — item not picked up | |
Hello snapdeal, I had ordered hp pendrive v250w which turned out to be defective. So, i requested for a return (Order id: [protected]) which is not picked up by snapdeal. The app says, your refund request is being processed (Ticket id:[protected] We were not able to pickup the product. Request you to confirm if you still want to refund the product. But where to reconfirm? There is no snapdeal support email id to send confirmation. There is neither an option to confirm or to speak to a person to explain the problem.
