I had emailed to the tram saying that i want to replace the order because the size is too small for me, they replied me saying ya it's ok we will replace your order and now when i went back to my order in snapdeal app it is like return request closed now what should i do please resolve this issue i need this product to be replaced as soon as possible i want team snapdeal to replace or else refound my money and please resolve this issue (Return request closed) and wht does this mean
