Snapdeal.com — late delivery beyond the assured time

Order [protected] dated 1st nov 2018 and still to get the delivery and every day the portal showing that order update material will be delivered today and today it was showing attempt to deliver your woodelands belt was unsuccesful without delivery boy reached the destination, i called the delivery person as per sms dated 15/11 1848 hrs mr sudhir rajendra [protected] and he was not well and planned to deliver the material tomorrow 17th nov.
Pl tell me is their any necessity to wait for the material for 17days.
