[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — laxmipati cotton silk saree | |||
I had ordered 'laxmipati cotton silk saree'. Order id: [protected]. After i received the item, i understood that it was not cotton silk. When i ordered via app, no instruction related to return policy was mentioned, but now when i tried to return, it says, 'return/replace not available for this product'. I tried several times to reach out to a customer care executive. When i called customer care, i selected the option to return/replace. By default they took it as replace. Mailed them almost 6 times that i need a refund and not replacement. There is no option even to cancel the order. Please help as i can't use the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
