[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — missing some parts in mobile from online buying in snapdeal | |||||
I have brought a mobile from Snapdeal but some parts are missing so i apply for refund it but they don't, so i tell them for replacement but they can't replace my phone. When i open the box then i saw some parts are missing in the mobile then quickly apply for refund.But they avoid my request. Please help me ...they said they cant return or refund my phone. I objection to the higher authority also. Snapdeal customer care call me and they said that if you change this mobile you contact to the mobile center.But why should I contact to the mobile center?
