[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — nike air max shoes from snapdeal found fake

In october i purchased nike air max shoes from snapdeal at a big discount. I bought the shoes at rs 4000/- with over 50%discount. I have used them for just about three months and the left shoe has developed a through crack in its sole. I do not have the packing and invoice anymore. This has been a big loss for me and i need help to get the shoes replaced or returned with refund. Please help.

Snapdeal has called me and said that they cannot do anything about the complaint as they have a seven days return policy. On the contrary they have sent an SMS saying that they have initiated a case for replacement and will get back in two or three days. I would once again request consumer complaints to help me in resolving this issue with snapdeal

This is the SMS sent to me by Snapdeal on 08 March 2018. However, there hasn't been any response from them since then. They haven't even replied to my previous update. I once again request consumer complaints to take up the issue with Snapdeal. Thank you

Once again, after assuring that they are working on the complaint, Snapdeal has gone silent. No one has contacted me inspite of assurances. Last update by Snapdeal was on 24 Mar 18 and there has been complete silence since then.

After repeatedly assuring me that they are working on my complaint for a month, the cheats at Snapdeal have called me today and repeated their clumsy old seven days complaint policy. They have led me up the gum tree for a month and then dumped my complaint shamelessly. Absolutely pathetic. I think that there is no other way except approach the consumer court to take these cheats to task

Snapdeal has sent me an SMS wherein they have said that they have initiated the process for replacement of the item and given an id number too. However at the same time, they have called me to say that they are not going to do anything about the complaint as they have a seven days return policy. It needs to be pointed out that if a product turns out to be poor and a fake after limited usage which is way below the expected life span of the product, the consumer needs to be protected and provided relief. I again request consumer complaints to help me and get the issue resolved with snapdeal
I am still waiting for a response from Snapdeal. No one has contacted me till now
It seems that Snapdeal has decided to keep pending their response so that the complainant loses patience and gives up. After over a month and two assurances they have still done nothing. Consumer complaints please help
