[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No one called me but order status shows "customer not answered the call" | |||||
I booked mobile at the time of booking delivery date shows on or before 11.01.2017, When I check the status at 11.01.2017 it shows customer is not responding. The truth is they are not called me 100 %, even I am not reachable my mobile will notify missed call alerts.I am not receiving any missed call alerts from unsaved numbers. Really frustrating they are not responding. Order number:[protected] Please help at least to deliver on or before 13.01.2017 My observation is the delivery guys are fraud.I cancelled my appointments due to this.The urgency behind that is I want to present that mobile to my relative.
