I filed a refund replacement the delivery guy never came and now it is showing cancelled and there is no option of rescheduling snapdeal is a fraud snapdeal has a weak service also the customer care no is not working need serious action happened with me twice nd being such a big platform snapdeal is careless and doing fraud there is no option of rescheduling it i santy reschedule or i will have to lodge a complaint in the national consumer forum
