I have ordered a 5 in 1 sofa cum bed from snapdeal on 13th August and to be delivered on 22 Aug. However i have not received the product on contacting customer care they have given me a reference number 28234863 dated 22 Aug.I have already paid the amount but not received tthe product nor any information for the same.
