[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — non receipt of order confirmation

I have made online transaction for purchase of accuchech strip 2boxes for which i had received message from my credit card indus ind bank that transaction ofrs.1338 is approved for jasper infotech p. Ltd. I would like to know wether my order has been placed and when i will get the strip as it is required urgently for day to day need. I had also purchased same item on 20/02/2018 by using hdfc credit card for which also i have not received any information from you. I am regularly ordering this item and delivered in time. Why this happening this time.
