[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not refunding money | |||||
Snapdeal is giving the worst service taking the money from customer. It is doing fraud. I have purchased an item office chair (Order id: [protected]) on 8th may 2016 which costs 4899 rupees. I cancelled that order on the same day. From 8 th may to today (19th may 2016) my money is not refunded. I called customer care more than 20 times still they are not giving me right answer. Every time they tell me "our back end team working on it and our finance team working on it. Please wait for 24 to 48 hours." this is so frustrating and pathetic service provided by such a brand. It is such a dissatisfying that i am ready to do consumer case and harassment case to this company who is playing with customer's faith. Very very poor and low grade service. May 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved At last posting my complaint against Snapdeal in this forum Snapdeal official consider my matter seriously and refunded my money. Thank you Consumer Complaints forum you helped me a lot.
A last message to Snapdeal "if you wish to be a future of eCommerce please satisfy your customer don't make them unhappy. If some one's faith will go away, it is very difficult for you to build it again. Because it is a competitive market. Make your system robust so that it won't fail every time and give a 100% genuine product customer."
By the way thank you Snapdeal you returned my money. I am reverting back this complain.
