[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — not refunding the money for the item cancelled by them

On 02.11.2018, they have cancelled an item by talking to me over phone by telling it as facing some internal error, they have cancelled it. They told me that refund will be given in 24-48 hrs. But till now I have not received. Kindly solve. I have requested them to call me beCause they do not have any phone number. They have system talking phone no. I am not worried about how to get refund. Pls help
