Todya I have received a karbon mobile phone battery which is not match with my phone so kindly replace it or refund my money

The reverse pickup for the return product has been completed and the return has been approved... The status is showing that the refund will be initiated in a few hours in the help search for quite a long time... But still the refund is not yet initiated to my bank account... Kindly initiate the refunds soon as possible to by bank account
