[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order id - [protected] | |||||
On 9th january i order sonata watch from my snapdeal account and paid through card. After 5 minutes i recognised that my delivery address was wrong. So i cancelled my order quickly. Snapdeal said that they will refund my money to original payment mode in next 7 to 10 days. Today is 11th day. On app they are showing that refund initiated. But still i didn't get my money to my account. When i try to call costumer care. A computer talks with me. They could not even connect me with their costumer care executive. And that set computer is telling that their is no order found related to your phone number. How is this possible? Snapdeal please tell me when i am going to receive my money?
