[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — ordered product not delivered after payment

I had ordered janasya crape kurti with palazzo on 17th of august by paying 904/- which i have not received yet inspite of sending many mails but snapdeal is claiming they have already delivered the product. I had given the exact delivery address but i did not get the product but now they are sending fake signature as proof of receiver. Ur company send me documents by post of lucky draw winner.. prize amount of lucky draw is 1100000. Ur employee called me nd give me a account no. O[censored]r company snapdeal. He said to deposit 9500 in tht account nd said after tht ur prize money transfer in ur account...now i dont know is documents are faked which i reciece or not.. plz inform me
