[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product not delivered; status shows delivered for prepaid order | |||||
Snapdeal is the biggest fraud company. Now in order to make profits they have started cheating with customers. I placed the order on 9th sept, 2018 for 2 trolley bags from snapdeal. Order id: [protected]. 14th sept, 2018 i received a parcel from snapdeal (Sd). But to my surprise when i opened it had just one trolley bag. So instead of 2, only 1 bag was ordered. And to add to the shock, i received a mail from snapdeal stating delivery of both the products. I tried reaching to customer care to raise the issue but sd just has system generated calls option. I dropped mails multiple times to highlight the issue but didn't get any response nor did they took my request to arrange a call with customer care executive. Hoping for some resolution using this platform as a good amount is at stake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
