I purchase a item from snapdeal, i receive bad quality that's why i request to reverse pickup for this item on next day of deliver, I request 5 times for the pickup but till time it's didn't pickup this item, And always send massage failed to pickup and did't give any positive response from snapdeal, I request to many and create the return request but you didn't take any necessary action from your side and do many time mail and i have proof and you can see in my account how much time i create request. And please tell me how many time i will create the request to return this item. Please find the attached attachment and see how much time i create return request.
