[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — received an empty parcel and snapdeal denies to return it back | |||||
I have ordered "sennheiser cx275s in ear wired earphones with mic" on 12 apr, 2018 and it was delivered to me on 16 apr, 2018 order id is order id: [protected] but when i unbox the product i saw the inner packing was damaged and quite old box was send also i havent received the earphone inside that package. Regarding the same i have registered a complaint in snapdeal (Reference no:[protected] in which i have stated the issue i faced. The resolution that was taken by snapdeal was, they send 2 people to inspect about this issue and they asked me several questions and took pictures of the parcel as well and then next day i received an email from snapdeal that m return request was rejected. I send them a reply on the same email to ask the reason for rejecting my request but still i didn't received any reply yet. Please look into this issue and resolve it asap.
