[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — received fake dell battery | |||||
Dear sir/ma'am on 4th july ( 3 days ago ) i ordered a Dell Vostro 1540 genuine battery from snapdeal today(7/7/18) i received the product but when i opened the box i was shocked it was fake product (you can see the attachment). i tried to call customer care but there is no manual customer service from snapdeal. then i checked that product from dell community by sending product unique id details they replied in a moment by saying it was third party product and it is not genuine(you can see dell community reply screenshot). then i tried to return the product but shockingly it is showing only replacement option available and there is no return policy, helplessly i selected replacement method, please help me to get my money back or to get original product please find attachments 1) invoice 2) product advertisement online 3) fake product which i received 4) my genuine dell battery with fake product for comparison 5) reply from Dell community I will be looking forward for your valuable reply, Thank you From Pradeep Kumar C Was this information helpful? | |||||
