[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — received fake product | |||||
I purchased a sennheiser headset from snapdeal. After few months its stopped working. So i send it to senheiser to claim the warrenty. But instead of replacement i got a detailed report saying that the product is fake. Then i started trying contact snapdeal. Send a lot of mails and raised some claims. Initially i got a mail stating that i am eligible for a replacement or refund, and the item will be picked soon. But no one came, i waited days. Then again i send an email asking about the status, i received the same replay to wait till some one call me for a pickup. I do this in a regular basis and i receive the same replay.
