[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — receiving fake calls with the details I provided for order | |||
Hi, My friend had placed an order on behalf of me which was a saree.The order was placed on 21st April 2018.Today morning I received the below message from the number Snapdel congratulation Dear customer madam sir TV online shopping lucky draw contest happen and you winner 1st prize tata safari.strome and market price 12.50.000 Winner certiflcate company credit card and registration charge 12.500 only TOLL FREE[protected] Helpline [protected] I decided to ignore the message but later got a call from the same number and recited my order details to me and told me that this call is based on the saree you booked on Snapdeal and since you have received the same your name has come in lucky draw.I stated that I have not received the product and immediately that person said oh you haven't received it?Yes I just checked it now that your order is on hold as you have to confirm which gift is to be taken either the car or cash.I told him I'll get back to him on this as I knew this was a fake call.He told me call us soon or else till then your product will be on hold.
