[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — reebok shoe - order id - [protected]

I want to return this product since it has size issues. I also didn't like the quality of the product. But snapdeal is refusing to return the product as they found some issues in my account and some transactions that do not pass their internal checks. Not sure whats the issue. Please do let me know if I will be able to return any item in case I don't like in future, so that I will be careful before ordering. Snapdeal was able to resolve the issue. But they responded when I registered a new complaint against the old complain. It took around one month to provide the resolution. The shoe got returned and I got my refund. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
