Order id: [protected] srishti agarwal: To: [protected]@snapdeal.com The concern authority, snapdeal.com sub: refund not successful and its very complicated issue. Respected sir, this is to inform you that i purchased a cloth through snapdeal order id: and the product was different so for i lodge a request for return and refund, its pickup by snapdeal by 30/11/2017 but still now my refund was not progressed. I tried to contact customer care as well, from there i didnt get any response... I recieved a msg that the amount would be refunded by 02/12/2017... Till now i didnt receive my money from your side.
