[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — refund not issued

Snap deal company not issued my refund yet i placed the order on 9th october received the products on 16th i placed the return request for the item.. Because did not match with the description and moreover size issue. I gave return request 16th october. But the courier person came on 24th and picked up my item. I received the email confirmation from snap deal that my return item was picked up successfully on 26th october. Almost one month over.
