Snapdeal.com — refund not received | |||
I have purchased goods online from snapdeal.com on dt.11/10/2018. I received different item from what i have ordered. i have returned it and ask for refund. they agreed for refund and told me that they have refunded money on25/10/2018 and money will be credited with in 10 working days. However money still not credited in my account. I have contacted to snapdeal about delay, they just say that they have credited money in my account but my bank didn't worked on it, and money was not credited due to lapses from my bank(SBI), it sounds completely weird. they also suggest me to raise complain against bank and didn't provide me satisfactory answer. if they have credited money, then they should ask by them self to bank abut not credited money onto customers account. all refund procedure is done by snapdeal, not by me. they should refund my money as soon as possible.
