I have order the product vizio 7 keyboard for tablet-VZLKB7-01(black) on 20/10/18. they delivered me a defective one and I returned it.My refund was initiated on 5 November 2018 but I didn't get any refund till now and all my efforts to reach their customer service executive have been a waste of time. Company hasn't responded for any of my queries . I am very unsatisfied with the company response and order delivery issue. My suborder ID is
