[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund on order - [protected] | |||||
I am facing a big concern with snapdeal. I placed this order on 5th august and canceled on 8th august as i was getting a better price on another website. Please note that the product was not delivered by then. Snapdeal executive confirmed that they accept the cancellation request and will process refund. In spite of this confirmation, i got the product delivered with my apartment security and the status still showed refund in request but now suddenly the refund request is closed quoting the pick up attempt was denied by the customer. This is a sheer lie as i am expecting someone to pick up this product from more than 10 days. The delivery executive has upated status without even checking with me.
