Snapdeal.com — refund process

Snapdeal is worst.
I have sent item return request from past 10 days.
No one came or pick up after so many follow up
They rejected request once.
I mailed, they responded after 3 days.
Item picked up.
Now mail says refund will be done after some quality check and after 13days.
Who take 30 day to complete order.
I hope should have bought from local.
Now my money is locked.
I need my refund now.
