[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund process is not at all executed by snapdeal | |||||
Ordered one track on wed, 13 jun, 2018 which was delivered to me on 19th jun, 2018 but i got damaged piece. Hence requested to refund/replace. Each day i am just getting sms/email from snapdeal stating that we are working upon it and no one is ready to talk. Customer care response is madam we are working on it.. Thats it.
