[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refuse to return as per their policy

I ordered a watch from snapdeal and as per their return policy of "incorrect fit" i requested for a return since it did not fit me correctly.
Snapdeal refused the return giving reasons that the product was not damaged.
As per their policy on website they allow returns under the criteria of "wrong size" but they dont abide by their policies.
Cheats! They are out to fleece customers. They are harassing customers and giving lame excuses.
