[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refusing returns for a refunded item | |||||
I have ordered three pair of shoes in snapdeal as i was not sure of the fit. I returned two pairs and kept one for myself. I placed the return request within 7days and it was picked up. Then after few days i get a call saying the returned products failed quality check and cannot process refund and they are sending the pckage back to me. I returned the shoes i received and they should have checked it at pick up place. Why should the customer suffer when the pick up ppl or some intermediary or snapdeal itself could be cheating.
