I was trying to place an order on dec 16, 2016. Snapdeal system showed the order failed but my bank account was debited for rs. 668. I have sent many emails to them but they are sending me same script again and again as follows: Greetings from snapdeal! Your payment was not completed at the payment gateway. If any amount has been debited from your card/bank account, rest assured! It will be credited automatically within 7-9 business days. If you require any further assistance, feel free to reply to this email. We’d be glad to assist you. Kindly wait for till mentioned days. In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply to this email. Assuring you of our best services always, Yours sincerely, Customer service team – snapdeal.com If i reply to this email, again they send me the same script. They have not provided any feature on their customer care number with which i can talk to some executive directly. This is the height of embarrassment and frustration.
