[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Regarding refund

I was trying to place an order on dec 16, 2016. Snapdeal system showed the order failed but my bank account was debited for rs. 668. I have sent many emails to them but they are sending me same script again and again as follows:

If i reply to this email, again they send me the same script. They have not provided any feature on their customer care number with which i can talk to some executive directly. This is the height of embarrassment and frustration.

It has been days, that I shared the following info with snapdeal, still they are not resolving this issue:

Reference number: 38159582
Date of transaction: Dec 06, 2016

I have followed up with my bank and have gone through all necessary formalities with bank.
My bank have replied that only merchant can refund my amount.
Look for the solution and refund my money, Rs. 668.00
