[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — regarding snapdeal fraud not accepting return product under return policy | |||
Hi team This mail is regarding purchased product Net Protector Total Security 2016 from snapdeal on 7th Aug 2017 order id: [protected]. Product delivered to me after 4 days, after delivery i found that product is not working. I have found that CD software is corrupted and not installed in my machine So overall I am not satisfied with the product, after that I raised a return request (Under return policy) on 14 Aug 2017 with ticket id[protected].
