[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — return request for shoes | |||
I had ordered for a pair of sports shoes from snapdeal which was delivered on 28th feb.2019. As i had been out of station to attend a relatives's death memorial service, i could not check the shoes and on my return back to mumbai when i checked the shoes, i found them to be smaller is size and hence wanted to have the same returned back to snapdeal. However, as the return period was only 7 days, the last date for return was 8th march 2019 and the online app would not accept my return request. Hence, i sent an email on 9th march 2019 to the helpdesk requesting for the return in view of the above circucmstances but snapdeal reverted back stating that since the return period had already expired, they could not entertain my request. This is very rigid way of doing business and hence i made another request but the same reply. I have been a regular customer of snapdeal which can be verified by checking my past order history but since they are so rigid, i would like to sever my relationship with them and also make others aware of their unethical business practices where they do not consider a genuine customer request but stand by their rigid policies.
