Hi, I have ordered the above material on 15-dec-2017, i received the material on 01-jan-2018, after delivery they assigned for technician for installation. Technician came to installation on 05-jan-2018, technician him sel[censored]npacked for installation, that time we found that supplied material was damaged. I have given the return request on 5-jan-2018 (Ticket id:[protected] and showing the message that "return request is under process [ticket id: 45451525]. We will revert you within next 48 hours". 5-jan-2018 evening i have received the mail from '[protected]@snapdeal.com' for share the damaged photos of the product. I have shared the photo copy's of the same on 07-jan-2018 but till date there is no response from the snapdeal. In between i have called customer care number +[protected] but its only ivr number there is no proper response. I feel very embrassed to express that their is a flaw in your customer service support, the way the response is unacceptable. As a snapdeal customer i expect a faster response & resolution of any issues. Hope the intent of the above issue is expressed in an understandable way. Looking forward to your response asap.
