I have order an owen (Order id# [protected]) on 04:14 pm, 09 jul, 2017, i received a damaged product on 11:55 pm, 15 jul, 2017 which is a gold product and not delivered on time. After looking over the product i raised a replace request on the same day 11:55 pm, 15 jul, 2017 and they picked up on 09:59 am, 17 jul, 2017, till now[protected] i haven't received any update on mobile app/ email or message. I tried contacting them from[protected] i dint get any proper response and given customer care number [protected] is useless.
