I had initiated returns for order id [protected] however nobody came to pick up. I got the msg to reschedule the pickup however i am not getting the option to reschedule on app nor on site.

HI

i had initiated returns for order ID [protected] however nobody came to pick up . i got the msg to Reschedule the pickup however i am not getting the option to Reschedule on app nor on site.

i have tried to call and Reschedule but it says ' due to some technical issue i cant do that ' . requesting to Reschedule pick up for my order ID [protected]
