[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — status shows delivered but I did not receive the product | |||||
Ear sir, I had ordered a morphe Jaclyn Hill eyeshadow palette 35 colors on 15 august 2018. And the delivery was on 25 August 2018.On this day I got a message that the product will be deliver on 25 August 2018 but I didn't receive the product. I got a mail from snapdeal support they said please confirm from your family. Immediately I had confirmed from my neighbours and family they said they have not receive any product and they said no one courier boy came. Boy number [protected] and name Ritu Dhwaj. I tried his number many times but his number was switched off. Till date his number is switched off. I didn't receive any call from the courier boy then how they could say that the product has delivered. Also I raised many complaint on customer care but I didn't get any response.
